When a charge transfer electrode reaction occurs at a very slow rate, the concnetration on the surface of the electrode is ____ than the bulk concentration. (At a fast rate, the analyte is the same as the bulk, I think. At a slow rate, the concentration on the surface has time to build up so I think it is higer than the bulk)
