3) Given the points (4, 6) and (8, 9).

a) Find the slope of the line through the points (4, 6) and (8, 9).

c) Convert the equation that you wrote in part (b) to slope-intercept form, y = mx + b.

d) Convert the equation that you wrote in part (b) to standard form, Ax + By = C, where A, B, and C are integers and A > 0.
