Rainfall runoff is coming off a long stretch of roadway and going into a holding pond. The road is 0.80 miles long and 60 feet wide. The total amount of water runoff from the road is equal to a volume that would make the water on the roadway be at a depth of 0.4 inches if it all stayed on the roadway. Assume that all that water flows into the pond. How big does the pond have to be to exactly hold all that water? Give your answer in cubic feet and in gallons.
