For each of the following possible reasons for product returns state the possible consequences of the return

a. Clerical errors: Received product is incorrect due to clerical errors. For example, the product type or quantity may be incorrect, or the delivery of the product may be too late for consumption or intended use.

b. Defective or inferior quality: Defective products are unfit for intended use. The product may be dangerous or harmful for normal use, or may have inadequate instructions for use.

c. Salvage: Product that has been damaged (e.g. fire, flood, transit) and cannot be sold as new the question is complete there is no more extra information
