The culter I want to develop:

The kind of leadership I want to develop is THEOCRACY in which the community involves around a shaman or drivine leader which has power to communicate with the gods. I also incorporate the idea of centralism in which the community is also involved in decisions.

Important political beleifs that each memeber can agree upon:

1) Religion is important

2) Equality amongst people ( peace)

3) Freedom
