The Ksp value for the dissociation of barium nitrate is 0.00464. The molar solubility of barium nitrate is consequently 0.105 M. If the concentration of the barium ion in a saturated solution of barium nitrate was raised to 0.178 M (this is not the eq. conc, but the concentration as a result of an addition) what would the equilibrium concentrations of both the Ba2+ ion and the NO3- ion be at the new equilibrium position.
