This week you will work with an assigned team to design a web link survey. You are conducting a cross-sectional survey of 1,000 parents of children ages 5-11 years randomly selected using a list of residential addresses. Eligible individuals include residents of Cook County, IL who are 18 years or older who understand English and are the parent or legal guardian of at least one child ages 5-11. The survey should not take your participants longer than 30 minutes to complete.
