You are a human rights activist at a non-profit NGO that covers a variety of human rights issues. The executive director is looking for a new cause and asked you to suggest a human rights situation/crisis that you feel passionate about and that you feel is not getting the attention it deserves or is not being addressed appropriately. The ED would like you to summarize a short memo stating the following, short summary:

1) State the human rights situation/crisis

2) List one or two international or regional entities or institutions that should be addressing the situation/crisis and why you chose them.

3) State what the entities/institutions that you listed should be doing to address the situation and include whether they have been doing anything and what. What more should they do? Please include a list of sources (not included in word count).
