Quinine emits fluorescence at the wavelength of 347 nm. An unknown quinine solution gave fluorescence reading of 400 (after background subtraction) at the 347nm. After adding 5ppm quinine to this unknown solution (without changing the volume), the fluorescence intensity was 500. Calculate the quinine concentration in the unknown solution.
