The enzyme, malate dehydrogenase, catalyzes the oxidation of L-malate to oxaloacetate with the concomitant reduction of NAD+.

At pH 7 and 25° C, K'eq of this reaction is 5.4 x 10-5 (in the direction of oxaloacetate synthesis). Calculate ΔG°'of the reaction in joules/mole.
