a) State and explain the type of Merger/Acquisition activity involved.

b) Investigate the reasons for the occurrence of the M&A Activity.

c) List and explain the conditions that were required to be met in order for the M&A Activity to happen.

d) Critically examine the positive and negative aspects of the merger/acquisition in consideration to its stakeholders - shareholders, suppliers, competitors, customers etc. of both the firms involved to the deal.

e) Analyze the pre and post-merger status of these companies.

f) Describe accounting, reporting and disclosures for business combinations in M&A Activity.
