With physical operstion, the mean number of vehicles going through the toll was 1,253 an hour. A random sample of 100 hours under the machine operation shows a mean of 1 261 with a standard deviation of 59. Show hypotheses, and evaluate them. State a conclusion in plain unambiguous language.
