Aim - To understand the concepts of work ethics, career plans and culture in industries

Objective - To address expectations of industries from students as well as student's preparedness for work place environment

Task:

The Ministry of Industrial research and development is announced a scheme to support the graduate engineers of Oman for a business startup in their respective fields. Assume that you are one of the shortlisted candidates who had to submit a detailed report to the ministry officials;

1. Discuss at least five factors which you are going to consider before making a title for the startup business in your field of expertise.

2. Explain five future plans with this startup business for the next 10 years, indicating the various strategic plans that has to be done in order to achieve it.

3. Prepare an organization structure with hierarchy for your business venture, assuming that you have a total of 30 employees in the company.

4. Discuss the work ethical guidelines that has to be followed in the company and explain how, you as a lead will follow and implement the work ethics in the organization.

Note: Attempt ALL questions and answers should not exceed more than 1500 words.
