Start and maintain a record/diary of the following weather related items for 7 consecutive days: (1) temperature, (2) humidity, (3) barometric pressure, (4) precipitation, and (5) skies {whether cloudy, clear, partly clear/cloudy}.

At the conclusion of the 7 days post your responses in this forum with your location (city and State), the dates you monitored, the 5 criteria for each day and how you felt on each of those days, both physically and mentally and which of the weather criteria you think may have caused how you felt.
