(a) Based on the Balanced Scorecard Perspectives and making use of the information in the Annual Report, suggest two (2) strategic objectives and two (2) strategic initiatives for each of the four Balanced Scorecard Perspectives. Describe how the objectives and initiatives can contribute to the Balanced Scorecard Perspectives.

(b) For each of the strategic objectives discussed in part (a), suggest a suitable Business Performance Measure, then describe how the Business Performance Measure would be collected or derived. For each Business Performance Measure, suggest a suitable chart. Discuss the reasons for your choices to illustrate the effectiveness of the chosen charts.

(c) Using the information and answers from parts (a) and (b), construct a Strategy Map to summarise StarHub's strategy.

(d) Use Tableau to plot the eight (8) charts suggested in part (b), and provide a screenshot of each chart with a proper title. You will need to create your own datasets using the StarHub Annual Report 2020 as a starting point but you can also obtain relevant data from other sources. Each chart should provide a good summary of the data.
