Project Description Making Oat chips.
Our company is launching a new product called oat chips. The product will be launched on 1st march named as oats chips. it has more health benefits as its help the people to escalate their immune system. Furthermore, in December 2021 we will start its manufacturing and we should prefer online media to advert our product so that we can attract more customers. The 20 gm oats price will be 85 cents. So according to the analysis of our project our company will get higher surplus as compare to other chips company.
The project will be included some of the improvement. These are following.
-Improving in taste and add some unique flavors.
-Improving nutrition value
-Improving packaging
-Improving in utilization
Project Purpose

The purpose of the project is improvement the nutrition value of the chip's product and fresh quality chips so that people of all age can eat it.

Project Scope • There are so many substitutes in the market however as compare to all of those it is healthier as it comes in different flavors such as vanilla oats, chocolate, strawberry oats, and no flavored oats.
• Oats is available from 200gm to 1 kg. the price is reasonable as compare to others.
• Doctors are our best sponsor because they always refer our oats.
Stakeholders • Suppliers and direct customers will be our stakeholders as they will buy from our official websites and also from retailors. It will be our hope we will get positive outcome and great response in the market. Afterthat we will try to launch it globally so that every person can eat it in world.

Constraints • Time durations. The duration of our project will be one years.
• COVID19 creates problems in face-to-face meetings and communication quality.

Overall Budget • The main budget of our staff. Our project duration is one year. Due to COVID19 we can open just for 12 hours so working hour will be near about 4320 required so we are giving $ 15 per hours per person then the staff budget will be $ 64800. The other things such as plant of making chips, promotion, general overhead will be around $20000 and other for uncertainty will be $ 15000 then our total budget will be $ 99800.
Overall Project Governance
Governance for the oat chip project permits the board and the project advisory group or committee to approach deliverable and have an appropriate idea regarding what is needed to consider during making oat chips. Furthermore, there is a need of high level of governance of framework regarding this project and discussion about the governance framework during this project work. These are following: -
• Project team gathering- all project team members including stakeholders must join everyday meeting regarding project work. So that they can concentrate on the normalized execution of the whole methodology of making oat chips polices and its strategies.
• Engaging stakeholders- engage the internal and external stakeholders during this project. For example, engineer, trainers, outside suppliers, service partners and end clients. They are exceedingly important for our project and necessary to get idea their commitment or requirement, upgrading and their responses regarding framework.
• Change management- In food trade, it is important process to implementing the change in internal and external processes. So there would be effective communication with project manager and senior manager if there will be need to any change in new product development.
• Risk controlling and managing critical problems- the project team have the outlook for the probability of happening risks and its negative effects on the project in future and they also have plan so that they can deal with the circumstances if happen occurrence during the project. Also, project authority responsible for any problems if occurrence during the project work. For example, framework limits, boundaries, dissatisfaction of stakeholders regarding project.
• Cost management- updation regarding the entire budget is provided by the accountant for cost management in this project and internal audit is compulsory for updation regarding monthly cost in this project. Furthermore, what is the expected budget if the purpose of cost in the project, so it is the obligation of the board does not deliver the funds or assets undertaking the past budget until there is emergency.
• Status of performance updation- performance updation is on weekly basis and it is like a review of our project product functional testing and update information regarding to end users needs. It is an appropriate documentation about the entire project work and update every information to each project member during going this project.
Standard review of the life cycle- project life cycle has four phrases. That is why every stage should be observed and examined properly. Project team members must follow the whole structure flow of phrases and work according its. Every stage is observed and reviewed properly by the team members before moving next phrases.
