Evaluate your Team Project team's journey through the stages of team development. Your answer will consist of four paragraphs - one for each of the stages of team development discussed in our online lecture (REMEMBER - These are a bit different than how our book lists them, so be sure you reference the lecture video, not the textbook). Specifically, focus on Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing. In each paragraph, be sure to include the following:

1. If so, provide an example - be specific and detailed (remember, I wasn't a part of your team, so I don't know the inner-workings of the team, so paint a clear picture for me in your examples). Your job is to show that you understand these stages of team development and can identify them in real-life.

2. If not, explain the consequences you have experienced as a team because you didn't go through this stage properly and/or skipped it all together - this should be tied to our online lecture. Again, be specific and detailed with your explanation. Your job is to show that you understand the consequences of skipping these stages and can see them in real life.
