How to find the minimum staffing level with the Integer Linear Programming model? I don't understand how it is three. x2 + x3 + x4 + x5 + x6 + x7 >= bi = minimum staffing level = 3. I also don't really understand what all the numbers and symbols mean on the chart. E.g., b1=3, x5=1. I also don't understand how it helps us find the required amount of staff and assigned.
