A national staffing firm has hired you as an HR consultant. The General Manager (GM) is concerned that the firm is losing its competitive position in the technology industry, specifically staffing for software development, and wants to determine what internal issues may be contributing to the current decline. Therefore, the GM has hired you to provide an analysis of the internal health of the organization's staffing and retention, and to develop a workforce plan to address the issues that are identified.

The GM has requested that you a report to present to the HR manager for implementation that outlines the development, implementation, and management of workforce planning strategies that will support the organization with its future needs.
