Pt is head is elevated at least 30 degrees and the mother keeps lowering it to almost flat. The mother put paper towel in the front of residents brief. The aide was concerned and reported to the PM shift nurse. A week ago when NP and Writer were assessing Bees wound, there was a paper towel that was stuck to his anus. Last wednesday when wound doctor was present during assessessment of the infection on to Bees toes the mother had some antibiotic that she was handing over to writer to apply on the infected area. Whenever the mother is around she keeps the door closed and she has been asked several time to keep the door open so residents can get cool air from the hallway.
