Question

The patient is a 23-year-old male who was stabbed in the right hand during a street fight. Examination showed a sensory deficit of the thumb and index finger due to an injury to the common digital nerve and a tendon laceration involving the abductor pollicis and first dorsal interosseous. He was taken immediately to the OR for repair.
