Question

Suppose that you have a vial of Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC) cell line. You thaw this cell line in accordance with the cell thawing process. When you observed your cell the next day under the microscope, you saw that your cells were not attached and contaminated. Why do you think thesesituations may have arisen? At which steps of the process you may have made a mistake? Explain for the two situations separately.
