Jill was walking along Central Park when she decided that she needed extra cash. Jill saw Amber walking in the park with her little dog and decided to rob Amber. She hid behind a bush next to a row of park benches waiting for Amber to come closer. Jill grabbed a nearby rock intending to use it to scare Amber. As soon as Amber came close enough to Jill, Jill jumped out from behind the bushes and grabbed Amber by the wrists. Amber decided to defend herself and began fighting with Jill. Jill threw the rock and ended up hitting the little dog, breaking one of the dog's hind legs.

Jill only intended to rob Amber, but she found herself in a fight with Amber. Jill twisted Amber's wrist, hit Amber in the head, and in her stomach. As a result of the scuffle, Amber hit her head on one of the park benches and fell to the ground. Jill was able to grab Amber's purse and her little dog too. Jill sold the little dog, used Amber's credit cards, and pocketed $900.00 in cash. Jill was living her best life. Unknown to Jill, Amber fractured her skull when her head hit the park bench and she had internal bleeding from a broken rib. Amber died from her injuries.

What crime(s) will Jill be charged with? Spot the issue(s), and applicable rule/law; and provide an analysis for your answer.
