Part 1.

Discuss the role that sports/athletics has played in your life. This takes different forms for different people. Some have competed on teams, some have competed individually, some are interested fans with little interest in competing, some dislike sports and are curious as to why others feel so passionately about them, and still others find sports to be a connecting point for conversation with family and friends. The list goes on and on. Discuss the role sports/exercise has played in your life and the role it plays in your life today. Elaborate on an issue that is of particular interest to you. Be sure to integrate your thoughts with something we've disussed in class or that you've read about in your textbook.

Part 3.

Write out a question related to sport and exercise psychology for one of your classmates to answer. You may include one or two sentences of background information before specifically stating your question. The question should be something of interest to you. Be specific in what you're asking. Be sure it's related to something we've discussed in class or that you've read about in your textbook.
