The BB- Series of Droids have spherical bodies and gyroscopic propulsion systems that allow them to roll across a variety of terrain. Recently the manufacturer has seen BB units being returned due to defective propulsion systems. In fact, management reports that 18% of all BB units have been returned because the propulsion system failed. The Quality Control department believes that this information is out of date and that significantly, more than 18% of BB units have defective propulsion systems. To test their belief, a sample of 376 BB units are taken and it is found that out of the 376 units, 82 of them have defective propulsion systems. Does their research show strong enough evidence at a=0.01 to conclude that a significantly higher proportion of BB units have defective propulsion systems than the 18% previously established? Use the confidence Interval approach when testing the hypothesis
