A project manager must spend adequate time in monitoring the progress of the project to know how change is being implemented by all project team members. Some major changes can dramatically have a drastic effect and impact on the project. If such a change will bring a negative impact to the project, there must be clearcut instructions and discussions between team members about such a situation.
