Consider the following when developing the action plan:

Specific activities in the areas of individual planning, group counseling, and core curriculum instruction to meet the 80 direct hours required

Specific activities in the areas of collaboration, consultation, and program planning, to meet the 120 indirect hours.

Explain how you will schedule and attend one hour of weekly supervision with your site supervisor and 1½ hours of group supervision with your instructor and fellow school counselors in training throughout the duration of the 10-week course schedule. (These indirect hours will count toward the overall indirect hours.)
