Have you ever heard the statement: "People leave people?" Most often this is the case in the workplace. People don't stick around if they work for a lousy leader - but people will lay on railroad tracks for a leader that they love and believe in. While that is quite a bold and somewhat exaggerated statement - it does hold some truth.

Check out this video clip from the Spears Center for Servant Leadership. (Larry Spears worked very closely with Robert Greenleaf until his death and is a well-respected researcher in the area of SL). The video also touches on faith and leadership - a good quick video that provides a nice transition into our discussion of servant leadership.

While a little dated, please watch this video clip and share your thoughts on the practice of SL.
