Pancha Ramoneda goes to the state-run hospital because she's short of breath. Ms. Ramoneda does not speak English, so a certified Spanish-language interpreter assists her throughout her treatment. Who pays the medical interpreter in this case?

Ms. Ramoneda. She will have to write the interpreter a check at the end of the visit, although most interpreters also accept cash or money orders. The hospital pays for the services of the medical interpreter. The doctor. Whoever took Ms. Ramoneda to the hospital will have to foot the bill.
