In the essay, address the economic impacts of recruiting by different sources, and when one source is better than another along with specific benefits of each source.
Your comparison should show differences between various candidate sources and provide different methods to attract, promote, and select various personnel. Please include the candidate sources that are best suited for specific types of candidates.
