Question: One by Wagner and one by Norhia, et al.The Wagner et al study describes sales and operational planning. The second reports the results of a study conducted by Norhia et al. In that study, Nohria et al found that leaders who focus on these management practices--strategy, execution, culture and structure and any two of these management practices-talent, innovation, leadership, mergers and partnerships-excel.
