Mike and Carol Brady realized that their house was not big enough for them and their six children. Greg kept complaining that he was too old to have to share a room with his brothers, Peter and Bobby. The Bradys went house hunting and thought they found the ideal house. Mr. Rogers had a wonderful 2,900 square foot house in a luxurious neighborhood. As Mike was walking through Roger’s house, he noticed some watermarks on the ceiling and asked about the roof. The Rogers’s agent informed the Bradys that the roof was in excellent condition and had recently been repaired. The agent never informed the Bradys that the roof still was leaking nor that the repairs did not stop the leaking. The Bradys bought the house for $325,000. Shortly after they moved in, there was a terrible rain storm. The heavy rains caused some water to leak into the house. The Bradys sued Rogers, claiming that he was liable for the damages. Decide the case.
