Being a recruitment officer in the Centervale Police Department, a person is given the responsibility of helping CVPD solve a problem. A empty position within the department need to be filled as soon as possible. Changes will have to take place in the organization.

A individual will have to find a strategy to solve the problem. There will need to be a analysis and report managed. The analysis and conclusions can concentrate on solving the recruitment problems in the CVPD. The analysis need to explore the way CVPD positions is filled with new and energetic police officers.

  • What strategies for socialization would a person implement to increase the probability of new recruits joining the CVPD? What problems would a person anticipate with the proper socialization of the new employees?
  • What types of power would a person attempt to implement within the CVPD to improve the administration of the police department? Why would a individual choose these types of power over others?
