Q1) You read in the NY Times that students at MSU take an average of 4 classes per semester.  However, you conducted a survey in your Research Methods class and found that your sample of 100 MSU students took an average of 3.2 classes per semester (with a sample standard deviation of 1.7 classes).  Is your sample of MSU students significantly different from the population of MSU students in terms of the number of classes they take per semester (use alpha level .05)?  To answer this question, follow all of your steps for hypothesis testing.
