The costs associated with a solution addressing a healthcare administration problem must address the implementation of the solution over a number of years for as long as the operations are necessary to provide the service needed. Periodic updates should be conducted to assess if the situation has changed. Costs can include obvious expenditures such as the hardware associated with a particular solution but also the hidden costs of the probability of loss if a solution is not found.

The problem is that nurses working in correctional institutes in the state of Georgia, are dissatisfied with their jobs, and the inmates are effected by the problem.

In a research paper, estimate the costs associated with the proposed solution. Be certain to address the following:

Identification of the immediate expenditures such as hardware, software, physical space needed, staff requirements, and other tangible resources.

Interpretation of long-term costs of the solution.
