Lebron James and Steph Curry were approached by Draymond Green who proposed to open a business amongst them called Warriors’ Shoes. The three had decided they would all contribute the same amount of start-up capital to open the first shoe store. They agreed that all three would operate the business together for a few years to test its viability and should it be successful, they would then incorporate the business under the name Warriors’ Shoes & Co. Ltd.

After a basketball game where Curry and James defeated Thompson and Green. Green decided he no longer wanted to be a part of business and left. He set up his own company called Draymond’s Shoes. A year later, the remaining partners incorporate the business and name it Warriors’ Shoes & Co. Ltd. Two months after incorporation and during a routine delivery, a Warriors’ shoes truck carrying several pairs of new shoes ran a red light and struck a pedestrian. The pedestrian sues.
