Noel Saroa is from the Punjab state in India. He has contacted you for help to immigrate to Canada. He is 30 years old.

His father worked in the highest levels of the largest bank in India and knows many of the most powerful people in government and business in India. Noel attended a private school in New Delhi that operated and conducted classes in English. It also provided basic language training in French.
Noel has worked full time as a Telecommunications Software Designer. He has a post-secondary B. Tech. degree in Information & Telecommunications Engineering (4-year) and a post graduate program degree; M. Tech. - Telecommunications Networks (2-year), both from SRM Institute of Science and Technology.
Noel was employed for 5 years with Outsource2india working on an array of software development services within the telecom and networking sectors. His tasks included the development of telecom software solutions, as well as testing, implementation and maintenance of the developed telecom software solutions. He was recently laid off. He has the equivalent of $50,000 Canadian saved up.
He has a high proficiency in English (written and oral) but only basic proficiency in French.
Noel was visiting Canada this summer with his wife, Lalita. Lalita has family who live in Ottawa; a sister, who is 28 years old and a permanent resident. Lalita's mother is also with the sister in Ottawa. The mother came over on a supervisa.
While in Ottawa Noel attended a conference at the University of Ottawa, organized by the Telecommunications Software Engineering Research Group in the university's engineering Department. The conference was a gathering of government and industry representatives who collaborate with universities on technology sharing. Noel meet several industry business managers from the Ottawa and Waterloo areas.
Cilia Khan, the director of one of the Ottawa companies, was impressed with Noel's work credentials and invited him to visit the facilities at her business. She told him that she thought it was time her company was offering services like Outsource2india and she wanted to put a team together, but was having problems finding Canadian's with his experience.
She wants to offer him the position of project leader for a new department to be called Software Development -Telecom Sector.
Lalita likes the idea of moving close to her sister and mother. She has a four-year sociology degree and worked for two years with the local public-school administration in India. They have two children, Savita and Chunder, ages 4 and 2.
Noel created his profile on the IRCC website and applied using the Express Entry system. He received his ITA and now has 60 days to apply for permanent residence.
