The body of your paper should be organized into three sections:

Section 1: Proposal Overview. This 1-2 page section introduces the proposed new health policy. Include your problem statement and lay out the background behind the problem. This section should show the reader why this issue is important, the rationale as to why the new policy is needed, and what you intend to accomplish with this new policy. The section should also include a literature review describing the theories underlying your proposed policy development. Be sure to provide the theoretical and practical support for your proposed policy. Section 2: Analysis and Evaluation. Analyze your proposed health policy from one of these perspectives: economic, sociological, political, or methodological models. This should be developed from your outline developed 3. This 4-6 page section needs to cover four elements: Synthesize how the social-political context is intertwined in the development and implementation of your proposed health policy. Evaluate your proposed policy using comparative decision-making techniques for health care issues, strategies, and programs. Analyze possible ethical dilemmas that may arise during policy development and implementation. Demonstrate your policy's proposed benefits. Section 3: Conclusion. The final 1-2 pages should synthesize the information presented in the Proposal Overview and the Analysis and Evaluation sections, and present a high-level persuasive argument on why your proposed policy should be accepted.
