Dave Lamb Heating and Cooling has been around for decades. Their customer base was due primarily from word of mouth being located in a small town. During the Pandemic, customers still needed heating and cooling needs but did not want people inside their homes. The business took a small hit. They have created a social media presence that has allowed for the business to reach more people throughout their community. Their business is almost double now than it was just before the pandemic. "Dave Lamb Heating and Air Conditioning is a family owned and operated business. Since 1969, the Dave Lamb family has kept families in Genesee, Northern Oakland and Livingston Counties comfortable year-round." (Dave Lamb Heating and Cooling, n.d.). In addition to their address and main contact information, they include links to websites such Facebook and LinkedIn.

Their services are ever growing with the customer needs. They are updating their portfolio of services and adding to the regularly including being certified in the services. By promoting on LinkedIn, they have been able to hire more qualified people with different backgrounds expanding their wealth of knowledge.

One suggestion would be to increase their social media presence to other websites. Right now, they are depending on 2 social media platforms when there are so many others to choose from. I believe they are limiting themselves.
