Find a newspaper or magazine article (e.g. Globe and Mail, Macleans, etc.) that describes how a current social/economic factor such as those described in Chapter 1 - Social/Economic Factors Affecting Recruitment (threats and opportunities in the external environment) is affecting a local store or company (e.g. Walmart, Safeway), or a specific industry sector (e.g. Automotive, Construction, Agriculture).

2. Compose a document wherein you clearly describe one way that the social/economic factor identified in the article could affect the local store, company, or industry's human resources recruitment and selection process.

3. At the end of the document, provide the: a) title of the article, b) source of the article (i.e, paper or magazine), c) date of publication, and d) author's name.
