STUDENT INSTRUCTIONS
Implementation Plan
In slide 2.2 you created three content strategies. Choose ONE of your content strategies and create an Implementation Plan using the template above. When selecting your one content strategy, be aware that you will be required to actually create the content in a later Assessment.
Your Implementation Plan should include:
At least 3 tasks required to create the content and distribute it on social media; and
For each task required, a task owner, a start date, due date and resources required. Note that resources required may be human or monetary.
Refer to 3.9 of the course content for guidance.
2. Reporting process
Next, describe your organisation's reporting process. This is important to ensure senior management are kept up to date on the status of the implementation. Consider how frequently you send a report, who the report is sent to, and what information the report contains.
Word count: minimum 25 to maximum 75.
3. Audience feedback procedures
Describe your audience feedback procedures. Include who is responsible for responding to comments on the blog or social media networks, how quickly he/she must reply, and who issues should be escalated to.
Word count: minimum 25 to maximum 75.
Once you have networked with your peers on social media and received feedback, answer the following questions:
Who is the target audience for this piece of content, and why do you think this content will engage them?Word count: minimum 25 and maximum 75. Refer to 3.5 of the course content for guidance.
Does your strategy need to be changed, and if so, what changes do you recommend? Note that no engagement on your social media post is still feedback, indicating that your content requires improvement.Word count: maximum 75. Refer to 4.8 of the course content for guidance.
Develop a procedure or process to follow when you change your strategy. Consider what steps are required, who must provide the final approval, how long the approval process should take. Also, create two rules that the team must adhere to. Consider what actions must be taken, and/or what team members are not allowed to do without approval.
4.3 review & revise strategy
A. Who is the target audience for this piece of content? Why will this content engage them?
B. Based on feedback on your social media post, does your strategy need to be revised? If yes, what changes do you recommend?
C. Changing your strategy may require approval from management. Develop a process that your organisation must follow for new social media marketing strategies, and specify at least two rules that the team must adhere to.
Team management
Scenario 1: A member of your team does not submit work on time. How would you manage this situation?
Scenario 2: The work submitted does not align to the brief. How would you influence the team member to change his/her work?
Scenario 3: You believe that the work would benefit from collaboration with another team member. How would you communicate this?
