I am working on a SMART goal for a business plan. Does this use the acronym in a formal paper or do you take your acronym and make it a paragraph or two? This is what I wrote, does it resemble a SMART goal in a business plan?

Within the next month take a pamphlet outlining our services and what we can offer in experience to department heads at local colleges such as OSU, Franklin University, Columbus State, and Ohio Institute of Health careers for them to reach out to their students for internship and volunteer opportunities. Also, hire someone to take over the duty of training new interns, as well as instruct volunteers and be a mentor to those helping with operations. This person would need to be hired soon and be trained in all departments, they should be fully functional within twelve to 18 months. During this time, we should take this opportunity to update training materials to give the new training manager fresh material to learn and optimize their position. This influx of new people that will be properly trained should help each department reach their intended goals.
