Do you think that a supportive stakeholder will have more influence on the project than a nonsupportive one? Why?

Is there such as thing as "good risk"? If so, how do you manage good risk for repeat performance? Or should you?

Small projects don't usually require the same level of analysis as larger projects. How do you decide on the size of the project?

What would be an initiation step in risk management be?

Class, we have discussed the idea that risks are only identifiable if we know the project objectives. But, can't we see many risks by the type of project we are running, and can't we just go ahead and start the project because we know the risks?
