The speech influences an individual in many ways in personal levels. It encourages believing in yourself. With faith and so you can achieve anything that you would like to achieve in life. That we have no limits; they can do what they want to do as long as they put their mind to it. Whatever is around is part of the individual hence one can use it to achieve personal goals. Thoughts and imagination can prevent one from achieving what they want to achieve in life hence one need to differentiate what is real and what may just be in their mind or imagined.

An individual needs to do what they love doing rather than what may seem promising and safe. The individual ought to prompt the universe for what they want and it will eventually be in their possession. Having faith in other people can be a great source of motivation and inspiration to the individual. The people may serve, as a great drive force for the individual even during times when things may not be smooth in one's life. The individual's effects on other people is paramount than life valuables.

Finding one's life purpose is crucial in their life. Perception, personality, disguise, efforts, and innovation may not define who an individual really is; hence, one need to find out what actually completes them. An individual may always compare themselves to others, be unsatisfied with what the universe has offered to them no matter how much it could be hence what completes one is an important aspect in life. An individual's life has two major aspects fear and love. One should always choose love since it leads to better decisions and direction in their life compared to giving in to fear.

Leadership qualities greatly affect an organizational behavior and performance either negatively or positively. A better leader with great qualities, beliefs, and behavior affects the organization positively, since employees tend to copy what is important or how to behave around the organization from their leaders. Organizational behavior is what is and is not acceptable around the organization.

If a leader has faith in what they do, it will make employees have faith in the leader and hence the overall organizational visions, missions and objectives. A leader who believes in what the employees do, makes employees feel motivated and believe in what they do hence influence their performance levels.

Individuals in n organization have varied talents, skills and abilities hence a good leadership recognizes, appreciates, and channels these around the different areas of the organization hence influence the general organizational performance. Encouraging new ideas and leadership in various levels in the organization can be a great organizational behavior hence a source of motivation and innovation.

Great leadership appreciate s everyone I the organization .the leadership sees every person as a small part of the great organization. The leadership acknowledges that every person or department is useful for the whole organization to perform and move towards the set direction.
