Job Summary:
The job has a small fixed and high performance linked variable component. The job involves going household to household meeting people and demonstrating the products and encouraging them to purchase.
Desirable Qualities:
The qualification is graduate from any stream with good command over local and English language, preferably having own vehicle, outgoing, friendly, result oriented person, who can take rejection in stride. The person is expected to make 20 household calls every day and file reports. The incumbent should be IT savvy as they are expected to use CRM software on their smart phones. QUESTION There are two candidates A, B who as per C.V are equally qualified. You have the competency scores for both of them.
