Fred runs a small business selling customized signs and banners. Dennila orders 15 custom - designed and printed banners from Fred for an event she was planning. The order cost 26500. Unfortunately the event was a disaster only one-third of the people Dennila had hoped to attract showed up. As a result Dennila defaulted on her payment to Fred for the order he delivered.

Fred needless to say, is very angry and cant afford to write off the money owed to him. Knowing you Fred comes to you because he knows you took a Business Law course for some advice
