? Workplace simulated environment/scenario 1: Setting up the workplace in accordance with the legislative requirements to keep workers safe and limit the spread of COVID-19
? Workplace simulated environment/scenario 2: Discussion on ergonomic safety procedures In the course of the above, you must:
? Apply conventions and procedures for meetings, including: o developing and distributing agendas and papers o identifying and inviting meeting participants o organising and confirming meeting arrangements o conducting meeting o completing meeting-follow up actions
? Follow organisational policies and procedures for managing meetings (Given in the case study). To do so, you are required to complete the following activities:
? Activity 1: Prepare for meetings
? Activity 2: Conduct meetings
? Activity 3: Finalise meetings The roles and their responsibilities: Relationships with stakeholders such as staff members, HSRs and minutes-taker The assessment task requires you to communicate with a number of organisational stakeholders. The main roles applicable to the assessment task includes: Role number 1: Operations Manager: The Operations Manager is the individual who supervises or is in charge of the organisation.
