For this assignment write a paper in which you respond to the following questions. Your responses should be properly cited and your paper should follow APA style guidelines. Let’s continue our analysis of Desjardins. Based upon the information as of 2008 when Monique Leroux was elected Chairman, President, and CEO, please respond to the following: Use either the Weisbord Six-Box Organizational Model or the Galbraith Star Model (both described in your textbook) to diagnose areas of performance weakness at Desjardins in 2008. As you identify performance weaknesses be sure to explain them and provide support for your reasoning. Conduct a second diagnosis of Desjardins using either the McKinsey & Company 7-S Framework or the Nadler & Tushman Congruence Model to diagnose areas of performance weakness. Discuss which model helped you best identify problem areas and why you preferred working with that model. Did you read about another model that you would have preferred to use? Which one and why?
