For this assignment you will choose an existing company and produce a situation analysis and a preliminary E-Marketing plan.
This exercise involves Step 1 of the Seven Step Marketing Plan detailed in your textbook. Your plan will form Parts/Topics 1-3 in your completed Semester Project that you will assemble and submit in Module 6.
After choosing a particular company prepare a preliminary E-Marketing plan (two pages) that should be based on the information presented in Chapter 3, pages 57 to 70. Diagrams on page 58, 60, and 66 elaborate on the topic.
You can use the model presented in Exhibit 3.5 (page 67) for guidance on how to present your E-Marketing plan. This is an informal outline to review what you would cover in a formal E-Marketing plan with focus on steps 1, 2, and 3 of a seven-step E-Marketing plan.
E-Marketing Plan Template
Use the E-Marketing Plan Template when you work on your assignments for the semester project. The template outlines the eight separate parts/topics your plan needs to address and shows how things should be organized.
You should download the template and use the segment you need for the particular assignment you are working on. Once you have completed and saved an assignment, upload and submit it to your mentor in Moodle.
