Topic: Chemical process simulation by aspen plus

Question: We want a simulation of a bayer process that produces alumina from bauxite, for a school project that its goal to produce 100,000 tonnes of aluminum. By aspen plus software.

1- The simulation must be done by aspen plus, for bayer process to produce alumina from bauxite step.

2- This process must produce 100,000 tones of aluminum.

3- The capacity Then will be doubled to produce 1.5 millions tons of aluminum per annum.

The simulation should be included, all bayer process steps: calcinations, precipitation and two more steps of the bayer process.
